Life and the garden to be getting in the way of blogging!
I have completed my May challenge and sent off a Little Gem quiltlette for the Quilter's guild tombola, and I am continuing hand appliqueing the Baltimore quilt.
Kandy challenged us with trapunto this month and her suggested design is as above. My FMQ is a "bubble" design which I am not that happy with as I think it looks like reptile skin :-(
The Little Gem is a follow on from the workshop last month with FMQ a sort of "McTavishing"/ Diane Gaudynski design which is much better than my bubbles!
The Culture part of the heading has been quite a few concerts to attend and thoroughly enjoy and a book launch yesterday. Next week we are off to Belfast for 4 days. DH to attend a Conference and the partners to see some of the city and surrounds. More of that later!
